Charitable Giving Mission Statement
Casco FCU believes in giving back to the communities where our members, friends, and families live! Since we opened our doors, we’ve donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to support local groups, organizations, and initiatives that serve to make a positive difference in the community.
Casco FCU focuses on initiatives to end hunger in Maine, financial literacy and education efforts, and youth programs in southern Maine. If you are interested in receiving a donation or sponsorship from Casco FCU, please e-mail us at support@cascofcu.com.
Who We Sponsor:
FINANCIAL LITERACY
Groups whose mission it is to promote financial literacy, financial wellness, or financial education in communities for community members.
Ex: Community Financial Literacy, CA$H, Financial Fitness Fairs, Home Buyer Classes, and Financial Education Classes
ENDING HUNGER
Groups whose mission it is to help alleviate hunger in Maine, to increase food security, and/or to provide financial/other assistance to families in need. Ex: EH Golf Tournaments, Campaign for Ending Hunger, Food Pantries, and Hunger Organizations

EDUCATION AND YOUTH GROUPS
Groups or organizations whose mission it is to promote education and youth wellness. Ex: School-related activities; extracurricular activities including sports, music, art, etc. for youth.
Requirements
Group/Organization must be located in York or Cumberland County, Maine.
No individual sponsorships.
