Credit unions across Maine are dedicated to making a difference in their communities and collectively participate in the Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger. The Campaign has contributed over $16.3 million since 1990 to end hunger in the state – $1,496,116.71 in 2025 alone. 100% of all funds raised through the Campaign support organizations in Maine fighting food insecurity.
In 2025, Casco FCU raised $16,110.45 for the Campaign for Ending Hunger through our annual Ride to End Hunger, Walk to End Hunger, Fundraisers, Raffles and more. All of the proceeds and countless food donations went directly to our three local food pantries located in Gorham, Standish and Buxton.
At Casco FCU, giving back is part of who we are. We proudly support organizations that make Southern Maine a better place to live, work, and grow. From sponsorships and donations to volunteering at events like Gorham Cleans Up!, the Gorham Backpack Program, and local Financial Fitness Fairs, we're committed to making a difference alongside our neighbors to help Southern Maine thrive.
